SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

1. Our cut-off time is 3:30PM (PST) 

2. We charge flat shipping fee ($9.00) for any orders within U.S. except Alaska and Hawaii.

3. Shipping out from California to all domestic except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and PO BOX.

4. Fedex Ground is our default shipping method, if you need expedite shipping, please contact us before you order.

5. Please request expedite shipping before 2PM (PST), we will send you Paypal invoice for shipping fees, will process order after you pay.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand you may need to return what you purchased.

But please test the unit BEFORE installation to avoid re-stocking fees.

And please communicate with us before you decide to return.

You can contact us via email or phone.

1. Please test the unit before installation.

2. You can return your item in 30 days from purchase date if you have not installed the unit.

3. We only provide return label when it is DOA.

4. We cannot refund full credit if the unit is installed or damaged. (subject to 20~50% of unit price)

5. We cannot refund full credit if there is missing parts including small parts to manual. (subject to 10~20% of unit price)

6. We do not accept return/exchange if you have customized cable/unit.

7. We do not accept return/exchange if we sold as special discount or final sale.

8. We do not accept return after 30 days.

9. If you need to fix the unit, please contact us for further steps.

10. Shipping cost cannot be refunded. 

 

If your return is approved we will let you know return address.

1. Please pack everything you received.

2. Unit box must be packed into shipping box.

3. Ship back to return address.
